Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

  1. Failure to meet the agreed-upon deadline for your work, excluding insignificant delays of up to 10% of the final deadline, provided all necessary details and sources were promptly provided.
  2. Delivery of subpar quality work, contingent upon submission of accurate answers or an authentic plagiarism report.
  3. Lack of proofreading or revision by us on delivered work.
  4. Absence of response from our customer support center within 48 hours of attempted contact via email, phone, or chat.
  5. Non-assignment of a tutor to your question after 50% of the agreed deadline has passed since payment.

Please note that Premium Membership fees are non-refundable.

Refund Guarantee:

Our qualified experts endeavor to solve questions to the best of their abilities, and we are committed to assisting you. Requests for clarification or rework can be made within 15 days of receiving the final solution; however, any delay beyond this period does not warrant a refund claim. Refund requests are typically processed within 48 hours, although it may take 3-5 business days for funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Privacy and Safety of Solution Assistance:

We understand the importance of original, plagiarism-free textbook solutions. Therefore, all solutions undergo quality checks before submission. We encourage customers to review solutions and make minor adjustments before final use. In the event of a refund settlement in favor of the customer, GradesGain.com reserves the right to make the solution content public, with any plagiarism claims arising becoming the sole responsibility of the student, college, or university authority.
